About the team

• US corporate hub in Wilmington supporting global legal initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Finance.
• Bias for simple systems, measurable outcomes, and security by default.

What you'll do

• Own high-priority projects for the IP charter.
• Collaborate across teams; ship iteratively with clear SLAs.
• Document decisions and automate repeatable work.
• Report progress with crisp metrics and risks.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree a plus.
• Proven experience in IP within B2B SaaS.
• Strong ownership, communication, and data-driven judgment.

Compensation and benefits

• Base 190k to 250k USD. Equity and comprehensive benefits. Local ranges apply.
