HoopAI Strategic consulting

Onsite strategic consultingPut the hard decision in the room.

Bring leaders and operators together for a facilitated day around one strategic problem, decision, or operating model.

01

A specific job

Start with one operating problem, decision, or technical constraint.

02

Senior attention

Work directly with a consultant who can challenge, design, and document the path.

03

Decisions that travel

Leave with artifacts, owners, next steps, and open risks your team can act on.

The job behind the service

A useful onsite day turns the room into a decision system, then leaves the next actions behind.

Agenda and logistics

One room. One agenda. Useful work afterward.

The session is designed around the participants, preparation, working agenda, capacity, and outputs they need to use.

  1. 01

    Pre-session intake and agenda

Placed in the agenda with its preparation, participants, and intended output visible.

  2. 02

    One facilitated onsite day

Placed in the agenda with its preparation, participants, and intended output visible.

  3. 03

    Working artifacts and decisions

Placed in the agenda with its preparation, participants, and intended output visible.

  4. 04

    Written next steps and owners

Closed with the materials, decisions, and any follow-on scope made explicit.

How the session runs

Prepared before the room. Usable after it.

The work begins with learning or decision goals, then moves through a focused agenda, practice, and a documented close.

  1. 01

    Frame one day

Confirm the central job, decision rights, attendees, location, constraints, and intended outputs.

  2. 02

    Prepare the room

Collect the source material, open questions, agenda, and stakeholder context before the onsite date.

  3. 03

    Work the problem together

Facilitate the agreed strategic or technical agenda with the people who own the decisions.

  4. 04

    Send decisions home

Document the outputs, owners, unresolved risks, and any follow-on work that needs a separate scope.

Practice inside the agenda

People should work through the decision, not watch a presentation.

Preparation, participation, exercises, and follow-through are designed as one session system.

HoopAI delivery principle

Preparation

The right people and source material enter the room together.

HoopAI delivery principle

Practice

Participants work through the real decision or workflow.

HoopAI delivery principle

Follow-through

Outputs, owners, and any next scope leave in writing.

“The work is finished when the operator can run it, the system can be checked, and the remaining limits have owners.”

Questions before the scope

Clear answers before work begins.

Bring the unusual edge cases into the scoping conversation. The written agreement should carry the answer.

01How much notice is required?

Purchase must be completed at least 15 business days before the agreed onsite date. Travel and expenses are billed separately.

02What happens before the onsite day?

We confirm one working job, the attendee list, decision rights, location, agenda, source material, and intended outputs before the date.

03Are travel costs included?

No. Travel and reasonable onsite expenses are charged separately from the service day.

04Does the onsite day include follow-on implementation?

No. The day includes the agreed working session and outputs. Additional implementation or consulting needs a separate scope.
