HoopAI Technical consulting

Ongoing technical consultingKeep senior technical judgment close.

Use a recurring block of senior technical consulting for the architecture and implementation decisions that keep surfacing.

01

A specific job

Start with one operating problem, decision, or technical constraint.

02

Senior attention

Work directly with a consultant who can challenge, design, and document the path.

03

Decisions that travel

Leave with artifacts, owners, next steps, and open risks your team can act on.

The job behind the service

Ongoing consulting works when each month has a visible queue, a clear owner, and decisions that compound.

Coverage and cadence

A recurring lane with a visible queue.

Coverage works when capacity, priorities, ownership, escalation, and expiry rules are readable every month.

  1. 01

    Monthly priority queue

Held inside the active coverage lane with its cadence and owner visible.

  2. 02

    Scheduled technical consulting

Held inside the active coverage lane with its cadence and owner visible.

  3. 03

    Decision and risk notes

Held inside the active coverage lane with its cadence and owner visible.

  4. 04

    Recommendations for the next cycle

Reviewed before the next service cycle so unresolved work is deliberately reprioritized.

How coverage runs

A cadence that keeps the queue honest.

Each cycle starts with priorities, protects the available capacity, and closes with decisions and next owners visible.

  1. 01

    Set the monthly queue

Agree the highest-value questions, owners, context, and available consulting capacity for the cycle.

  2. 02

    Work the priority decisions

Use the available sessions and written guidance on the agreed strategic or technical queue.

  3. 03

    Record recommendations

Keep decisions, risks, owner actions, and follow-up questions visible between working sessions.

  4. 04

    Reset the next cycle

Close the month with used capacity visible, then prioritize the next queue without rolling unused time forward.

Continuity without dependence

Context should compound from one cycle to the next.

Priorities, decisions, risks, and escalation paths stay visible so support does not become a black box.

HoopAI delivery principle

Priority

The active queue is explicit before capacity is used.

HoopAI delivery principle

Context

Impact, evidence, decisions, and operating stakes travel together.

HoopAI delivery principle

Continuity

Recurring patterns become recommendations with owners.

“The work is finished when the operator can run it, the system can be checked, and the remaining limits have owners.”

What we need from you

  • A named owner for the monthly priority queue
  • Timely access to the context and systems behind each question
  • Decisions and follow-up actions inside the active service month

Outside the standard scope

  • Unused monthly hours; they expire and do not roll over
  • Hands-on implementation unless the active plan explicitly includes it
  • Third-party license, travel, and vendor costs

Questions before the scope

Clear answers before work begins.

Bring the unusual edge cases into the scoping conversation. The written agreement should carry the answer.

01Do unused consulting hours roll over?

No. Each plan provides its stated capacity for that month, and unused hours expire at the end of the monthly service period.

02What does Premium Consulting add?

Premium Consulting combines up to five business-consulting hours with up to five technical-consulting hours each month.

03How is the monthly priority queue managed?

The named owner prioritizes the active questions against the plan capacity. The consultant records recommendations and open actions as the cycle moves.

04Do unused hours roll into the next month?

No. Capacity is available only inside its active monthly service period and unused time expires.

05Does the plan include hands-on implementation?

Only when the selected plan or signed scope says so. Otherwise the service provides consulting, guidance, and decision artifacts.
