02Is prior product experience required?+
No general product prerequisite applies unless the selected learning agenda states one. We confirm the audience and objectives before delivery.
03Can more than 20 people attend?+
The standard private package is limited to 20 participants. Additional seats or cohorts require a separate scope.
04Does training include implementation work?+
No. Training covers the agreed instruction, exercises, materials, and Q&A. Configuration, migration, and custom development are separate services.
