HoopAI Onboarding

End-user onboardingHelp the team work inside the system.

Give the people doing the work practical, role-based guidance on the workflows, records, and habits they need every day.

01

Built around your team

Use your roles, workflow, examples, and questions instead of a generic demo.

02

Practice, not spectatorship

Work through guided exercises and decisions with a HoopAI trainer.

03

Materials to keep

Leave with the agenda, exercises, notes, and an agreed follow-up path.

The job behind the service

Adoption grows when training is close to the work and specific to the role.

Agenda and logistics

One room. One agenda. Useful work afterward.

The session is designed around the participants, preparation, working agenda, capacity, and outputs they need to use.

  1. 01

One planning session and adoption plan

Placed in the agenda with its preparation, participants, and intended output visible.

  2. 02

    Documentation templates and process videos

Placed in the agenda with its preparation, participants, and intended output visible.

  3. 03

Two remote group sessions for up to 20 seats

Placed in the agenda with its preparation, participants, and intended output visible.

  4. 04

    Q&A and 60-day delivery window

Closed with the materials, decisions, and any follow-on scope made explicit.

How the session runs

Prepared before the room. Usable after it.

The work begins with learning or decision goals, then moves through a focused agenda, practice, and a documented close.

  1. 01

    Set the learning job

Confirm the roles, learning objectives, participant count, examples, and delivery format.

  2. 02

    Shape the agenda

Build the sessions and exercises around the agreed workflow and questions.

  3. 03

    Practice the work

Run guided instruction, exercises, discussion, and Q&A with the people who will use the material.

  4. 04

    Leave a usable path

Share the agreed materials and make any additional training or implementation need explicit.

Practice inside the agenda

People should work through the decision, not watch a presentation.

Preparation, participation, exercises, and follow-through are designed as one session system.

HoopAI delivery principle

Preparation

The right people and source material enter the room together.

HoopAI delivery principle

Practice

Participants work through the real decision or workflow.

HoopAI delivery principle

Follow-through

Outputs, owners, and any next scope leave in writing.

“The work is finished when the operator can run it, the system can be checked, and the remaining limits have owners.”

Session pricing

End-user onboarding

A bounded adoption add-on for teams that need guided practice after the core setup.

Prices exclude applicable taxes and third-party costs. The signed scope controls the final deliverables, timing, eligibility, and acceptance criteria.

Before the date

People, preparation, and logistics stay visible.

The scope names who attends, what they prepare, what the session covers, and what requires a separate engagement.

Questions before the scope

Clear answers before work begins.

Bring the unusual edge cases into the scoping conversation. The written agreement should carry the answer.

01Is End-User Onboarding a replacement for core Sales onboarding?

No. It is an adoption add-on used after the core sales setup is planned. It focuses on how up to 20 end users work inside the configured process.

02How many live sessions are included?

The standard package includes one planning session and two remote group sessions, plus documentation templates, process videos, and Q&A inside a 60-day window.

03Is prior product experience required?

No general product prerequisite applies unless the selected learning agenda states one. We confirm the audience and objectives before delivery.

04Can more than 20 people attend?

The standard private package is limited to 20 participants. Additional seats or cohorts require a separate scope.

05Does training include implementation work?

No. Training covers the agreed instruction, exercises, materials, and Q&A. Configuration, migration, and custom development are separate services.
